Welcome! My name is Sheri Kosh E-RYT 500. I'm a devoted yogi, a hopeful herbalist, a perpetually learning Master Gardener and Master Naturalist. 7 months out of the year I live in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland right on the West Virginia border.
