Yoga for Muscle Imbalance: Support Your Home Practice
Learn to improve muscle imbalances with yoga. While we still flow through the poses, this class is more gentle and oriented toward alignment than a regular flow class. Good for beginners. This class includes some restorative yoga and guided relaxation. Handouts available post class.
