Welcome! My name is Sheri Kosh E-RYT 500. I'm a devoted yogi, a hopeful herbalist, a perpetually learning Master Gardener and Master Naturalist. 7 months out of the year I live in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland right on the West Virginia border. From late Fall until April I am at the beautiful VYANA Wellness Collective from November through April. Check out the class schedule here.
